Warranty Guidelines & FAQ
Learn how to submit warranty claims for products purchased from Delisle Distributors. Review coverage details, documentation requirements, and what’s included or excluded under warranty.
Coverage: Burnt or dud disposables that are faulty upon opening or fail to function as intended.
Not Covered:
• Flavour preferences or dissatisfaction with taste
• Incorrect flavour sold by accident
• Any non-performance-related concerns
Requirements:
• The original box the disposable came in
• A brief note explaining the reason for the warranty (e.g., device burnt, no airflow, not activating)
Disposable Vapes
Pods & Coils
Pods and coils are not warrantable, as they are consumable products and subject to normal wear and usage.
Devices
Warranty Period: 3 months (in-store) from the date of purchase.
Covered Issues:
• Device not firing, charging, or turning on
• Auto-draw not functioning
• Screen malfunction or pin damage
Not Covered:
• Pod-related issues such as leaking, burnt coils, or general wear and tear
Troubleshooting: Please ensure all troubleshooting steps have been completed prior to submitting a claim.
Requirements:
• The original box
• Confirmation that the claim is within the warranty timeframe
• A short description of the issue being warrantied
Pre-Filled Pods
Coverage: Only eligible if all three pods in a package are defective (e.g., leaking or not registering).
Requirements:
• The original packaging
• A reason for the warranty (e.g., all pods leaking, not connecting, or not firing)
• Confirmation that troubleshooting has been completed
After Warranties Are Processed
Once all warranties have been reviewed and processed
Any items not covered under warranty will be returned with your next shipment.
• A warranty summary sheet will be included, outlining:
• Which products were warrantied and why
• Which products were not warrantied, along with a brief explanation for each
